Aged 10 months in French oak barrels, 35% new and 65% neutral. · Moderately light golden yellow color in the glass. Aromas of canned peaches, honey, butter, yeast and toasty oak. Modest flavors of lemon-lime and pineapple, with a clean mouthfeel, a touch of oak and spirited acidity. Score: 89. Reviewed June 9, 2018
