NV Underwood Oregon Grown Pinot Noir

13.0% alc., 375 ml can, $6. · Moderately light reddish purple color in the glass. Highly aromatic upon opening with scents of cherry, raspberry and spice, but fading some over time in the glass with oak showing up. Soft in the mouth and easy to drink with delicate flavors of cherry, raspberry, cola and toast. A bit thin on the mid palate and short on the finish. An everyday, unpretentious style that achieves the producer’s goal. Score: 86. Reviewed October 6, 2014
