Aged 10 months in French oak barrels, 20% new. · Light golden yellow color and clear in the glass. Engaging aromas of lemon oil, fresh caramel apple, and brioche. Full-flavored and slightly viscous on the palate, with inviting tastes of lemon curd, honey, apple and subtle oak. There is a vibrant cut of underlying acidity and a pleasing lemon-lime finish.
