Master Sommelier Sara Floyd formed a partnership with the Pisoni Family to produce wines together. The wines are produced with fruit sourced through the Pisoni family's deep connections in the Santa Lucia Highlands and vinified by winemaker Jeff Pisoni. A Bacchant is a devotee or worshiper of Bacchus, the Roman God of Wine. A Chardonnay and Pinot Noir have been released under the Luli label.

The wines are in retail distribution.
