Tawse Winery
The Tawse family employs traditional, artisanal winemaking combined with innovative techniques using grapes from two estate vineyards located along the slopes of the Niagara Escarpment in Ontario. The distinctive winery opened in 2005. Pascal Marchand from Burgundy is a winemaker consultant for the winery joining on site winemaker Paul Pender, a graduate of the Niagara College Winery and Viticulture Program. |
