The Contessa de Carneros Vineyard was established in 1994 planted to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the Carneros. The Chardonnay grapes are sold to some of Napa Valley's most well-known producers such as Shafer Vineyards. The 2008 Pinot Noir is a single vineyard, estate produced wine of less than 300 cases.
