Roots Run Deep Winery

Founded in 2005 in Napa Valley with a commitment to producing value-priced wines sourced from Yountville, Oakville, Rutherford and Carneros wine districts. The owner, Mark Albrecht, is a veteran in the wine industry. Barry Gnekow, the winemaker, is a University of California Davis graduate with over 30 years of winemaking experience and currently consults on a number of brands including 7 Deadly Zins, Old Ghost, Cycles Gladiator and Earthquake. He is considered one the best consulting winemakers in the business.

The winery offers an Educated Guess labeled Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Napa Carneros Pinot Noir ($25). The wines are in widespread distribution.
