Jim Sanders and Tom Mortimer (owner of Le Cadeau Vineyard) started Aubichon Cellars in 2007 to produce value-priced Pinot Noir sourced from Willamette Valley vineyards. Both a Willamette Valley AVA Pinot Noir and Reserve Willamette Valley AVA Pinot Noir are produced.

The wines are in retail distribution. Tasting is available at 459 SW 9th Street in Dundee.
