Quivira Vineyards & Winery

The Quivira Estate is located in Dry Creek Valley in Sonoma county, California. Proprietors are Pete Kight and Terri Kight, who acquired the Quivira Estate from Henry and Holly Wendt in the summer of 2006. Pete acquired additional vineyards in Dry Creek Valley and a farm-lease on a 100-year-old Zinfandel vineyard. The estate now has about 93 acres of vines including Zinfandel, Sauvignon Blanc, Rhone varieties and small experimental plantings of rare varieties. Farming is organic and biodynamic.

Veteran winemaker Hugh Chappelle joined Quivira in 2010.

A Pinot Noir is offered from Sonoma County under the Steelhead label.

The winery's tasting room is open daily and Estate Tours are available daily at 10:00 AM by appointment.
