A U.S. brand developed by the Taub family, owners of importer Palm Bay International. The French expression, Au Contraire, was used often by Palm Bay's founder David S. Taub. President Marc D. Taub fittingly adopted his father's favorite saying to embody a new project involving domestic wines.

Au Contraire Pinot Noir and Chardonnay come from the Sonoma Coast AVA.
