Owner David Pan assembled a team to produce premium wines from California. He enlisted consulting winemaker Tom Hinde who was General Manager for Kendall-Jackson Wine Estates from 1988 to 2004, managing farming and winery operations in Sonoma and Mendocino County.

The winery offers Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, California Pinot Gris, and Russian River Valley Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
