Seabold Cellars

Todd Seabold and Chris Miller MS formed Seabold in 2014. This 500-case winery is based in Marina, California, and is focused on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Monterey vineyards.

Chris Miller fell in love with winemaking and by 2007 was making a few barrels of Syrah. He worked in several cellars and then was chosen to run the wine program at Wolfgang Puck's flagship Spago in Beverly Hills. While here, he worked with Greg Brewer and Steve Clifton at Brewer-Clifton in the Sta. Rita Hills and developed an obsession for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

The winemaker is Peter Figge, a UC Davis graduate of the Viticulture and Enology program. Peter formed his own vineyard management and consultancy company in Monterey and started his only label under his name making single vineyard wines from his client's properties.

The 2014 vintage brought a Monterey County Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, offered in 6-bottle cases on the website.
