This winery was founded by Ms Theodora Lee, a partner and trial lawyer at Littler Mendelson, in 2003. She is known as Theo-patra or Queen of the Vineyards.

Located in Yorkville Highlands along Highway 128 in southeastern Mendocino County, the vineyard's first harvest was in 2006.

The winery offers Pinot Noir from the Yorkville Highlands, Anderson Valley and Santa Lucia Highlands.
