Cramoisi Vineyard

This winery's name is derived from the French word for crimson and reflects the crimson clover that blankets the vineyard every spring.

A vineyard site was discovered in 2011 on Worden Hill. The site was previously farmed for hazelnuts, cherries, walnuts and prunes. The owners sold their home in North Vancouver, BC, and moved to Oregon to pursue their love and passion for wine growing and farming. The owners kept their jobs in the IT industry to invest in the vineyard. In 2015, Sofia Torres McKay left the IT industry to focus 100% on the family wine business.

The first 6 acres of vines were planted in April 2012, consisting of 5 acres of Pinot Noir ( Pommard, 667, 777, and heritage clones) and nearly an acre of Chardonnay.

Winemaker Drew Voit cam on board.

The Estate Pinot Noirs were released from the 2015 vintage.
