Jason Driscoll was pursuing a career as a chef when he worked as a cellar hand at Hunnicutt Wines in Napa Valley. He became the assistant winemaker for DeSante Wines. Along with his spouse, Hilary, he founded Driscoll Wine Company and Tilth Wines.

Varietals offered include Zinfandel, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
