Several varietals are produced from local fruit, including Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown in the Petaluma Gap AVA, along with Sauvignon Blanc, Sangiovese and Zinfandel. All grapes are organically or sustainably farmed.

The tasting room is located in the downtown Petaluma Hotel.
