Thomas
A small producer of fine Willamette Valley Pinot Noir that is not well-known or discovered despite making wine for quite a few years. Thomas Winery is owned by John Thomas who only makes Pinot Noir limited to about 375 cases a year. Thomas Winery is not open to the public, but you can write to him at
P.O. Box 48, Carlton, OR 97111. The Pinot Noirs are quite elegant and age worthy and worth buying if you come across a bottle.
Articles About ThomasReviewed Wines1998 Thomas Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 13% alc.. · A controversial wine made in the Eyrie style that split the group. I found the aged bouquet appealing featuring leather, Asian spice and cherry. The fruit was light and demure. Reviewed March 27, 2007 ARTICLE »
