Partial malolactic fermentation. · Moderately deep golden straw color in the glass. Complex aromatic profile, featuring scents of yellow apple, spice cabinet, pastry creme, warm croissant and vanilla. Discreetly concentrated flavors of lemon, baked apple, and pineapple are supported by a bright acid backbone.
