2016 Petites Secondes Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 14.1% alc., $25. Grown, produced and bottled by the Drouhin Family, Dayton, Oregon. · Moderate garnet color in the glass. Scents of black cherry, brown spices, toast and underbrush. Velvety in the mouth, with pleasing mid weight flavors of black cherry and savory herbs. Well-balanced, with a subtle oak backdrop and well-mannered tannins. A lovely wine for this price. Score: 91. Reviewed January 16, 2019
