Welcoming aromas of black cherry and subtle oak spice. Silky in the mouth and very comfortable, with a core of black cherry fruit accented with a hint of spice. The tannins are well-proportioned, the oak is wellmannered, and the dry, lip-smacking finish has a little length. This wine will not lead to an epiphany but will work as a satisfying everyday quaff.
