12.5% alc., 932 cases, $50. 100% Pinot Noir from 42- year-old Pommard vines. Harvest Brix 19º. Barrel aged in mature oak. Disgorged in March 2020 followed by dosage of 0.5% residual sugar. · Platinum color with a tinge of pink in the glass. Lovely aromas of white peach, lime, lemon zest and subtle yeast. Focused flavors mimic the nose. A cheerful, dry wine with good mousse, excellent crispness and a refreshing finish of excellent length. This wine should hold its own over several more years.
