2006 Ambullneo Vineyards Howling Rim Rock Vineyard Syrah

$69. Aged three years in barrel. 25% whole cluster. · Pleasing aromas of dark berries, plum sauce, white pepper and smoky oak. The purple fruits are discreetly concentrated and wrapped in soft, dry tannins. More restrained than many California Syrahs and one that will appeal to Pinot drinkers. Very good.
