13.9% alc., $55. · An earthy, savory wine with plenty of tasty black raspberry and black plum fruit and a dash of allspice and oak reflecting its Pommard and Martini clonal origins. The mouthfeel is rich and pleasing with well defined tannins holding the fruit in check. A seamless wine that has staying power for over an hour in the glass. Very good (+).
