NV Calera Mt. Harlan Chardonnay 2200 feet elevation. Native yeast fermentation, aged 10 months in 30% new French oak barrels. · This wine is less about fruit and more about acidity and salinity. Flavors of lemon, white peach and roasted nuts. Impressive balance. Very good. Reviewed April 13, 2013
