Aged 8 months in 50% new medium to heavy toast French oak. · Moderately dark reddish purple color in the glass. Clean aromas of dark stone fruits and berries with a compliment of toasty oak. Quite tasty mid weight attack of black raspberry, blackberry, strawberry and Hoison sauce flavors. Nicely integrated tannins and a pleasing finish leaving behind some cedary oak in its wake.
