Aged in barrel sur lie for 18 months in 51% new French oak. · Moderate golden yellow color and clear in the glass. Tropical fruits dominate the nose with softer aromas of lemon pudding and crème brûlée. The flavors echo the nose with added notes of guava, vanilla and subtle oak.
