14.0% alc., 600 cases, $75. · Medium reddish purple color in the glass. Aromas of dark raspberry and espresso lead to oak-kissed flavors of boysenberry and black raspberry. Very silky with soft tannins and a juicy finish. Still young and awkward with a hint of popcorn oak and a touch of heat on the finish, but has considerable potential. Score: 89-90.
