Whole cluster pressed and barrel fermented in French oak using ambient yeasts with twice monthly lees stirring. · Light golden yellow color and clear in the glass. A solid, understated offering featuring aromas of lemon, banana and dried mango and bright flavors of lemon curd, apple and honey. Slightly creamy and polished with a suave, dry and uplifting finish.
