Pinot Noir was harvested at 21º Brix, whole cluster pressed off skins immediately, and fermented with wild yeast in a mix of stainless steel and French oak. · Delicate orange color in the glass. An exceptional rosé with a fragrant perfume of strawberries and blood orange juice and flavors of Rainier cherry, strawberry, and yellow peach.
