Aromas of blackberry jam, roasted plum, dark chocolate and oak. A succulent, very ripe, fruit-driven wine featuring mid weight flavors of blackberry and crème de cassis. Nicely balanced with modest tannins and very drinkable, but the ripeness of fruit obscures all origin or nuance. Score: 86. Reviewed July 12, 2015
