Whole cluster pressed, 100% malolactic fermentation, aged 10 months in 100% French oak barrels, 30% new. · Moderately light yellow color in the glass. Pleasant aromas of lemon, apple and lychee lead to a creamy palate of apple, citrus, honey and blonde caramel flavors with a hint of slate in the background.
