2005 Anam Cara Heather’s Vineyard Chehalem Mountains Oregon Pinot Noir 13.7% alc., pH 3.90, TA 0.45, 70 cases. 100% Dijon 114. Aged in once-filled French oak barrels. · Incredibly, this wine is still delightful after ten years. Definitely has an aged Pinot character but still pumping out plenty of Bing cherry fruit flavor. Very languorous on the palate, with a bit of astringency showing up on the finish. Score: 89. Reviewed January 17, 2016
