This winery began in 1999 when successful American businessman Edward Tutunjian from Boston was on vacation in Chile. He fell in love the country and its wines. He decided to invest in Chile and acquired his first vineyard in the Curico Valley. Since then, he has acquired vineyards in Colchagua Valley (60-year-old vines) and Maule Valley (10-year-old vines). The first Pinot Noir was produced in 2002.
Pacifico Sur wines are available in 15 states, including California and in Europe.
