Winemaker Ron Hill debuted a Viognier, Syrah, Grenache and Pinot Noir from the 2008 vintage. The Pinot Noir is sourced from Babcock Vineyard - the first vineyard designate I have ever seen from this vineyard from another producer other than Babcock.

Ron Hill spent nearly 20 years in the medical field before pursuing a career path in woodworking and old world masonry. He helped a neighbor friend crush and press grapes as part of a home winemaking project and this led him on another career path. After developing his winemaking skills at Babcock Vineyards over six years, he decided in 2007 to form a company to produce and sell wine named Jack b Nimble Inc.. The name was derived from Jack, one of Hill's Rhodesian Ridgebacks.
