A line of reasonably priced (under $20) negociant sourced varietals from all over the globe imported by Kobrand. The 2009 Colette Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a vin de pays puy de dome wine from Auvergne, France. 15 to 40-year-old vines. The grapes are de-stemmed, cold macerated for 5 to 7 days, fermented in open-top barrels for up to 20 days, followed by maturation and malolactic fermentation on light lees in tank.The wine is bottled in special lightweight glass with a screw cap closure, and recycled/recyclable paper label.
