A project launched by proprietors George and Anne Coughlin in close partnership with Jon Phillips at Inspiration Vineyards and Winery. The name is boontling for "glass of wine." The first vintage was 2009. The single Pinot Noir is crafted by George in Santa Rosa and is sold through the website store.
