Roy and Rachael Cecchetti bought a 2.5-acre parcel in Sonoma Valley in 1994. There was an old backhouse on that parcel which was once home to vintners, writers, artists and others who craved the solitude. Backhouse wines were created to bring back those memories to a new generation.
