The proprietor is Joe Padilla, owner of Avant Tapas and Wine and former owner of Two Dogs Winery. He is able to work closely with some of the Central Coast's best winemakers.

A Santa Maria Valley Pinot Noir was offered in 2012 and is sold through the Santa Ynez Valley Wine Club.
