Lando Family Wines

Sam Lando worked with large global wine producers, but soon identified his love of working with Pinot Noir. He began hobby winemaking and then worked for five years with Kosta Browne Winery, departing at the end of 2012. Along with his spouse, Jennifer, they launched a small Pinot Noir focused winery in the middle of the 2012 vintage.

The focus is Pinot Noir from Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast sources. Two wines were produced from the 2012 vintage: a Russian River Valley AVA and a Sonoma Coast AVA Pinot Noir. The first wines (a total of 260 cases) were released to a mailing list in February 2014.

The wines are sold through a mailing list and the winery is not open for tasting due to small production.
