Fellom Ranch is located on the eastern slope of the Santa Cruz Mountain range at an elevation of 2,200 feet. The property was acquired by the late California state senator Roy Fellom. The land laid fallow for two generations until the latter part of the 1970s, when grandson Roy Fellom III developed a vineyard (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot) and winery on ranch lands, and the winery was bonded in 1987.
Today, Roy and Karen Fellom craft primarily Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. A Central Coast Pinot Noir is also offered.
Total annual production is about 1,500 cases.
