Rocky Point Cellars

A single vineyard boutique winery producing wines from Oregon and Washington by proprietor Amy Lee and winemaker Drew Voit. The inaugural vintage, 2010 and in 2011, a Pinot Noir was offered from Pommard clone fruit (Lot 50) from Le Cadeau Vineyard that was crafted by Jim Sanders and Scott Schull. In 2012, production moved to the former Beacon Hill Winery near Gaston and Drew Voit became the winemaker. A second vineyard site was added, the La Colina Vineyard in the Dundee Hills.

A Sauvignon Blanc from Oregon's Road's End Vineyard and a Grenache from Washington were added to the lineup subsequently.

The wines are barrel aged using large format steam bent French oak with the reds aged a minimum of 16 months and then kept in bottle for another two years to ensure they are ready to drink upon purchase.

Lee spent more than a decade in the global wine industry representing Ermitage barrels. She started her label in 2009 using the name Rocky Point as a homage to her family who homesteaded land on what would later become Rocky Point on Priest Lake in the Northern Selkirk range.
