Founded in 2011 by sisters Sharon Cohn, Rebecca Faust and Cynthia Faust, the brand commemorates their mother, who provided many "breathless moments." Breathless produces three méthode champenoise sparkling wines with grapes sourced primarily from Los Carneros and Dry Creek Valley. The three varietals have garnered 23 Best of Class, Gold Medals and 90+ ratings.
The readers of NorthBay Biz voted Breathless the 2015 Gold Medal award for Best Sparkling Wine.
The winery gives back 20 percent of sales to local non-profits in Sonoma County.
