River Myst Haven (RMH) was founded as a 25-acre organic farm in the midst of the Russian River Valley where the misty clouds cling to the valley's hills, giving the property its name. The first 2 acres of Pinot Noir vines were planted in 2010 and the winery started with the 2012 vintage of a Russian River Valley Pinot Noir.
In September 2016, Ashley Herzberg was appointed the new winemaker.
