Cinzia Bella Coure (beautiful heart) wines are produced using the appassimento method of drying the fruit before crush to intensify flavors. Wines offered include Pinot Noir and blends of Primitivo, Petite Sirah and Zinfandel.

Winemaking is performed at Urban Crush in Portland where tasting is also available.
