Moderate golden yellow color in the glass. Enticing aromas of baked apple pie,
baking spice and brioche. A riper and well oaked style with flavors of yellow apple, grilled peach, honey and
caramel. The wine’s fruit has a slightly maderized character and is more stone fruit driven than citrus and
mineral based. Not classic, but enjoyable in its style.

14.1% alc., 120 cases, $50. Old Wente clone.

Moderately deep golden yellow color in the glass. Inviting aromas of
lemon, buttery brioche, vanillin and floral bouquet. Nicely balanced and
clean and bright in the mouth, with appealing flavors of citrus, baked
pear, vanilla creme and butterscotch.
Score: 93.
