This label is named after the two daughters, Mil(ayna) and Ange(lina) of label owner Frank Melis who is also the owner of wine retailer, Golden Gate Wine Cellars, established in 2005. Golden Gate Wine Cellars is the exclusive distributor.

Fruit is sourced from unnamed famous Santa Barbara vineyard sites.

The winemaker is Paul Lato.
