Greg and Debbie Schultz started Schultz Wines in Southern Oregon in 2010 and in 2014 began developing Glory Oaks Vineyard and Farm in the Applegate Valley AVA.

Wines are produced from established local growers and the estate vineyard. Production is at Pallet Wine Company of Medford. The winery's Pinot Noir is sourced from Stand Sure Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills. Wines are produced with native primary and secondary fermentations.

Tasting room in Grants Pass is open weekends and by appointment.
