This winery evolved naturally after many years of consulting work within the wine industry. Oregonian winemaker Matt Vuyisteke has been making wine since 1997 and gained experience in Oregon and Washington wineries. He has a B.S. degree in Fermentation Science and Chemistry from Oregon State University. He eventually started a winemaking and vineyard management consulting company (Farm to Cork, LLC) with his spouse and business partner, Nancy.

Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, Petit Verdot, Pinot Gris and a Rosé of Barbera are offered through the website.
