The Joy Fantastic

Pinot Noir from a 3-acre estate vineyard planted in 2014 in the western reaches of the Sta. Rita Hills. The Pinot Noir is a mix of heritage clones including Swan and Mt. Eden and Burgundian clones including Pommard and Dijon 667 and 115. The certified organic vineyard is also planted to Chardonnay and Syrah. The first harvest from The Joy Fantastic Vineyard was 2016.

The owners, Peter Hunken and Amy Christine MW, have made wines under the Holus Bolus label since 2003 in the Lompoc Wine Ghetto. From 3002 to 2015 they made wines exclusively from sourced grapes in Santa Barbara County.

The Joy Fantastic and Holus Bolis wines are sold on the website. Tasting is available at the winery's Los Olivos Tasting Room by appointment.
