Audeant Wines

Starting with the 2016 vintage, this small producer has attracted considerable attention. The key is the winemaker, Andrew Riechers. He spent five years working with Maggie Harrison at Antica Terra and a cellar worker at J. K. Carriere for years. He also spent time in New Zealand and France. Reichers' partner is Teal Walker.

Production is but 1,000 cases per year but an estate vineyard is in the works. The most notable source for Pinot Noir is Nysa Vineyard in the Dundee Hills. Nysa vineyard has old, own-rooted vines in the Dundee Hills planted to Pommard, Wadenswil and Dijon clones.
